AEV's HighMark Fender Flare System allows 2010–2018 Ram HD owners to comfortably fit 40" tires when paired with AEV's 3" DualSport Suspension System, Premium Front Bumper, and 17x10 Katla Wheels.

This page is intended for customers who already own one or more of these AEV components and are upgrading from a 37" to a 40" tire setup. Use the required options below to select the components needed to complete your specific conversion. Depending on your current vehicle configuration, you may not need every component.

Components

37" to 40" Suspension Conversion Kit
Includes a 1.6" aluminum driveshaft spacer and axle relocation kit. Compatible only with AEV's 2014+ Ram DualSport Suspension System.

Front HighMark Fender Flare Set
Required to provide the necessary clearance for 40" tires and designed for use with AEV's Ram HD Premium Front Bumper.

Rear HighMark Fender Flare Set
Completes the HighMark Fender Flare System for 40" tire applications.

17x10 Katla Wheels
Specifically designed to accommodate 40" tires when used with AEV's HighMark Fender Flares, Premium Front Bumper, and 3" DualSport Suspension System. Wheels are sold individually.

  • This is only for customers who already own the standard (37" tire) configuration of one or more of these products. These truck suspension conversion parts are not complete products - only the necessary components to allow the fitment of a 40" tire when used in conjunction with AEV's HighMark Fender Flares.
