The AEV Winch Mount for JL Wrangler and Gladiator gives owners of AEV RX and EX Front Bumpers a purpose-built way to integrate proven recovery hardware without compromising the bumper system.

Designed specifically around the packaging requirements of the JL/JT platform, the mount supports the OEM Mopar Warn® 8-S winch, Warn® Zeon and VR EVO winches, and ComeUp® SOLO RS winches. That means more flexibility for owners—including those who ordered their Jeep with the factory Mopar Warn® winch and want to keep it.

Rather than adapting a universal winch plate to the bumper, AEV engineered this mount to attach directly to the vehicle frame rails. The result is a strong, independent structure that carries recovery loads through the chassis while keeping the RX or EX Front Bumper focused on the job it was designed to do.

Run the Winch You Already Have

Already equipped with the OEM Mopar Warn® 8-S winch (PN P5160095AC)? There is no need to replace it just because you are upgrading to an AEV RX or EX Front Bumper.

The AEV Winch Mount was specifically developed to accommodate the OEM Warn® 8-S, allowing it to fit cleanly within the AEV front bumper system. When using the Mopar Warn® 8-S, the installation is also compatible with either the OEM fairlead or the AEV Universal Fairlead.

For owners starting with a different recovery setup, the mount also supports a broad selection of popular Warn® and ComeUp® winches.

The AEV Winch Mount is engineered for use with:

• OEM Mopar Warn® 8-S — PN P5160095AC
• Warn® Zeon 8 / 10 / 12 — synthetic or steel cable
• Warn® VR EVO 8 / 10 / 12 — synthetic or steel cable
• ComeUp® SOLO 9.5RS / 12.5RS

Other integrated-solenoid winches may also fit when their overall dimensions are equal to or smaller than the validated Warn® and ComeUp® models and they can be installed in the same mounting orientation. Because AEV has not validated every winch available, dimensions, mounting orientation, clearances, and overall compatibility should be independently verified before purchasing or installing an unlisted winch.

The AEV Winch Mount attaches directly to the JL/JT frame rails and is structurally independent of the front bumper. This creates a dedicated mounting structure for the winch and transfers recovery loads directly through the vehicle frame instead of relying on the bumper itself as the primary structural mount.

The mount is constructed from 1/4-inch stamped steel to provide the strength required for demanding recovery use.

An e-coat finish adds durable corrosion protection for a component that routinely encounters water, mud, road salt, trail debris, and changing environmental conditions.
