AEV 4.5″ High Capacity Coil Springs are a direct-fit upgrade for vehicles already equipped with an AEV 4.5″ DualSport SC Suspension System.

Engineered specifically for overlanders, these frequency-tuned, progressive-rate coil springs are designed to support heavily loaded vehicles without sacrificing ride quality. They provide increased load-carrying capacity while maintaining excellent handling characteristics and off-road articulation.

To ensure optimal vehicle dynamics and safety, these springs are sold only as a matched front and rear set. The balance between the front and rear spring rate and frequency is critical to proper handling performance. For this reason, AEV increases the rate and frequency of the front springs to maintain the correct relationship with the rear springs, even across a wide range of rear-biased loads.
