More tire, less lift, zero compromises.

A 40” tire makes a massive difference off-road. You get more ground clearance, better traction, and the kind of floatation that helps a heavy truck stay on top of sand, snow, and loose terrain instead of digging in.

The problem is most people get there by adding a ton of lift height and then realizing the daily drivability and stability have been significantly compromised. AEV HighMark Fender Flares solve that problem.

When paired with AEV’s 4” DualSport Suspension System, HighMark Flares create the clearance needed to properly run a 40” tire—while keeping lift height reasonable. That means you get the off-road advantages of a large tire without sacrificing on-road stability or everyday drivability.

The result is exactly what you want in a Super Duty build:

  • More ground clearance off-road
  • Better articulation with large tires
  • A lower center of gravity on the street
  • Factory-like handling for daily driving

Built as a Complete AEV System

The HighMark Fender Flares aren’t meant to be a standalone cosmetic upgrade. They’re part of a fully engineered AEV system designed to run 40” tires on the 2023+ Ford Super Duty platform.

When combined with:

…you get a tested, validated package that provides the clearance required for both normal driving and extreme suspension articulation off-road.

No guessing. No mix-and-match parts from different manufacturers. Just a proven solution that works.

Strength Where It Matters

Because this system is engineered—not improvised—the HighMark kit includes structural components designed to support the modified areas of the body.

The kit includes a Front-End Structural Module (FESM) reinforcement brackets and stamped rear supports that reinforce the modified sheet metal, ensuring durability and structural integrity—something many aftermarket companies overlook.

The fender flares themselves are made from heavy-duty, UV-stable XLPE cross-linked polyethylene using a roto-molding process. This produces a fully enclosed, extremely strong flare that’s far more durable than the thin vacuum-formed flares used in most aftermarket kits.

In other words, these flares aren’t just designed to look right—they’re designed to survive real world use.
