AEV Stamped Steel Front Bumper
The stamped steel AEV Front Bumper provides heavy-duty front-end protection and integrated recovery functionality. It is designed for remote travel, job site use, commercial applications, and recovery readiness while maintaining a clean relationship with the vehicle’s front-end architecture. The bumper supports AEV standards for fit, function, durability, and vehicle integration.
AEV High-Clearance Rear Bumper
The High Clearance AEV Rear Bumper adds rear protection, chassis-mounted recovery points, and improved departure clearance. Its design maintains a functional rear profile appropriate for towing, work use, and all-terrain operation. AEV Katmai DualSport Wheels combine heavy-duty strength with a functional 18-inch design optimized for the FXL package. The wheel center provides convenient access to the Super Duty’s manual locking hubs and can be configured with a standard bead seat, protection ring or functional beadlock to support a wide range of vehicle uses.

CALIBRATED AND PROPERLY DOCUMENTED
FXL includes AEV speedometer calibration for the 40” tire package. The completed vehicle also receives an altered vehicle sticker documenting the correct tire size, recommended tire inflation pressures, and adjusted payload information.
