AEV Trademark Notice

A trademark can be a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of the goods or services. Also, as trade dress, it can be the configuration or appearance of a product or its packaging, including size, shape, color, texture, graphics, and appearance.

The trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names (“AEV Marks”) used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of American Expedition Vehicles, Inc., StreetCar ORV, LLC d/b/a American Expedition Vehicles, and/or other AEV Entities (collectively “AEV”).  AEV has established considerable goodwill and consumer recognition in the below-listed AEV Marks and related intellectual property rights.  AEV takes the procurement and protection of all of its intellectual property and its brand reputation very seriously.  The following is a non-exhaustive list of AEV’s trademarks and service marks used and/or registered in the United States and worldwide.

If a product or service name is not listed under the AEV Marks, it should not be followed by a ™, ℠, or ® notation and should not be included in credit lines. However, if a product name includes an AEV Mark listed in this trademark list, apply the correct trademark symbol (™, ℠, or ®) to that portion of the name.  When using the marks in publications that will be distributed only in the United States, include the appropriate ™, ℠, or ® symbol on first use. For publications that will be distributed outside the United States, do not include trademark symbols. Instead use the appropriate trademark attribution notice, for example:

“American Expedition Vehicles, AEV, and   are trademarks of American Expedition Vehicles, Inc, StreetCar ORV, LLC d/b/a American Expedition Vehicles, and/or other AEV related entities, which are registered in the U.S. and other countries”.

The list below also includes a suggested generic term for each trademark associated with a specific class of products, appropriate for use with the class of goods, but not those goods sourced by AEV and its related entities. (These generic terms are only suggestions, and there may be other words that are equally appropriate.)  Trademarks are adjectives and should not be made into verbs or made plural or possessive. The absence of a product or service name or logo from the list below does not constitute a waiver of the trademark or other intellectual property rights of AEV concerning the respective name or logo.
